It took me years of experience, curiosity and growth to understand what true connection feels like: being strong, confident and in flow, without pushing or overdoing.

Through SoulShapes, I help women rebuild that connection through mindful functional strength training, combining personal training, coaching and mindful movement.
With a focus on glute and core strength, I help you build not just a strong body, but trust in your body.

My approach blends structure with intuition. I’ll challenge you were needed, but always with attention to how you move, feel and recover.
No quick fixes, no pressure just real, lasting strength that radiates from the inside out.
